Squint Line Removal ChicagoQuestion:Im wondering about sun squint lines, going horizontal on the top part of my nose and then up and down lines just between my brows, which create darkness and make me look like I’m mad or something….can these be “erased” without surgery? I realize Botox would be needed probably, but can those lines “really” be filled without making that area look swollen?”

Answer: Squint lines can be addressed a couple of different ways. A simple immediate solution would be to eliminate the problem all together by investing in a pair of wrap around sunglasses. Wrap around sunglasses will greatly reduce any further damage that squinting will cause.

To address the squint lines already created, unfortunately there isn’t a filler on the market that would achieve results with out leaving a swollen look. Since Botox paralyzes the muscles which create the lines it is the best solution to achieve the look your seeking.
